New features and UI Modifications

  • Launching of AUTO-ASSIGN module
Auto Assignment is an ideal tool for companies to auto-allocate a job request or task to its field executive based on the Geo-spatial distance of the executive from the job location.
For e.g. lets consider the hype-local scenario of Food delivery business where the Executives are on the field – doing pickups from various restaurants across the city and delivering it to customer. As soon as the order is pushed into FarEye, it will search for the best possible worker (closest to restaurant) and assign the activity to them.
For scenarios like Cab booking, there can be a broadcast request sent across to multiple agents and each agent will have the option to ACCEPT or REJECT the task.
  • Electrifying New Web interface
The FarEye web interface has gone through a complete restructuring. The new UI is more user friendly and lighter. The page load time is expected to drop by a ratio of 1:3. The new interface is also Mobile friendly and every web operation can be done on a smart phone/tablet browser as well.
  • Now take HIGH-RESOLUTION images using FarEye
The company administrator can now even control the resolution of the image being captured. The image to be captured can be classified as High resolution, Medium resolution or Low resolution image
  • Upload custom company logo and theme
The system administrator can now upload her own company logo on the FarEye page, from the company settings page. Also the color theme of FarEye can be modified to suit the clients brand image
  • Minor UI modifications in Mission
The user interface has been made a bit more intuitive. However our plans are now to shift everything from Missions to PROCESS. Process is our first little step towards Big Data and Business Process Management. We hope to come with the first basic release of Process within a couple of weeks.
