Situation Before FarEye

  • Blue Dart owns a 10,000+ fleet for pickup, delivery across hubs in India. Each delivery vehicle goes on a route for multiple jobs like pickup, delivery and returns; daily. Blue Dart wanted to deploy an enterprise-grade technology solution that allowed real-time shipment visibility and improve delivery performance of 10,000+ riders on the field.
  • The solution needed to be customizable to adapt to rapidly changing requirements of delivery scenario in India.
