Do you want to drive and own disruption in one of the largest global industries? Are you ready to build and inspire an amazing team? 

At FarEye, you will drive sales revenue and develop the pipeline as a player-coach. The successful candidate shall be responsible for personal sales attainment and will manage 3-4 mid market Account Executives who will sell to retail, manufacturer’s, and transportation & logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Leverage FarEye’s overarching strategy and adapt locally as market requirements and FarEye capabilities evolve to ensure that quarterly and annual goals are met.

  • Sales Achievement:  Achieve quarterly and annual recurring  sales booking goals from and build relationships  for future growth while  minimizing cost of goods sold.

  • Internal Collaboration: Maintain close liaison with other global sales leaders and company executives including coordination for global accounts.

  • Reporting: Operate with full transparency and provide accurate sales bookings forecasts. 

  •  Develop productive internal relationships with Marketing, BDR, Customer Success, and Partnering teams to generate pipeline. 

  • Actively mentor Account Executives on all key sales deals across all stages of the sales cycle

Mentoring the sales team on the development of individual accounts, the process and stages of negotiation, account planning and revenue forecasting.

Experience & Knowlege

  • 10+ years sales and sales management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree,  MBA a plus.

  • Domain knowledge with transportation, logistics, and real-time execution visibility software.

  • Strong leadership skills in Sales/Sales management, primarily selling into retail, manufacturing, and transportation & logistics markets throughout the Americas.

  • Demonstrable experience in new logo sales strategy with some account management experience for established customers. 

  • Open-minded, hands-on, team-oriented and down to earth communicator. 

  • Proven value oriented sales approach, with a desire to mentor the team on the approach.

  • Planning and forecasting experience

  • Excellent at creating and executing closing strategies that are aligned with the prospect.

  • Contract negotiation experience.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time when required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
