Position: Lead Solution Engineer - Implementation Team
Experience: 6-10 Yr
This is a senior position contributing towards delivering value to our customers by ensuring delivery of robust and scalable solutions. The position requires leading a team of solution engineers ensuring delivery of optimized bug free solution meeting customer operational needs. Lead Solution Engineer should be able to identify opportunities for improvements in the current solution delivery process and contribute positively to ensuring a continuously improving delivery process. Should be able to build a healthy culture of programming best practices and reviews along with collaboration within the team. Should be able to demonstrate effective cross functional communication and collaboration.
· Responsible for ensuring a bug free, robust and scalable solution delivery to FarEye customers.
● Performing analysis of use cases and participating in project estimates.
● Ownership and Accountability in cultivating a culture of programming excellence.
● Ability to debug systems, read logs and should have working knowledge of monitoring tools.
● Highlighting, documenting, and creating mitigation plans for project risks.
● Release preparation (Planning deployments, version setup, coordination, etc.)
● Ensuring process improvement and compliance in the assigned Project and participating in technical discussions / code review.
● Adding value in Organizational responsibilities- Interviews, Documentation and Training.
● Set measurable and attainable targets with the technical program manager.
● Collaborate with technical program managers and solution architects to fine tune solutions.
● Should be able to do effective root cause analysis and identify solutions to issues.
● Managing issues with stakeholders (L3 and Support)
● Keeping himself updated with the new feature’s knowledge at product level.
● Helping team members in debugging. First point of contact for the team for any bug or issue
● Strong Problem-Solving skills
● Excellent Communication Skills with customer handling experience
● Code and process review as well as best practices.
● Experience in executing enterprise level application solution and deployment
