Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (International Hiring)

 Key Responsibilities

  • You own the full candidate lifecycle: challenge the needs, write job descriptions, source and assess candidates, manage the interview process, coach the hiring managers, negotiate and close salary offers.
  • You grow talent pipelines for Mid to Senior level across Pre-sales, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing vertical, this will be focused to Logistics/Supply Chain Software /related Industry & domains and for the locations US,UK,APAC.
  • You ensure a smooth and outstanding candidate experience, providing feedback as much as possible.
  • You build strong relationships with your internal clients, listening, and challenging their needs and decisions.
  • You manage internal projects to develop our hiring factory (Diversity & Inclusion, employer brand).
  • You track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points, push corrective actions to improve our organization.

Must Have:

  • Experience in Non-Tech_International Hiring OR Tech_International Hiring

  • Expert in sourcing talent through different channels (Job Boards, social media hack, Networking and references)

  • Expertise in stakeholder management at C level executives.

  • Comfortable to work with start-up atmosphere
